In regard to Physical Education classes, there is something for everyone.
There is a choice between:
General Phys Ed- A program based upon the attainment of knowledge and skills that are the foundation for engaging in physical activity and a familiarity with sports.

Track- An open air running course, that may include surfaces of grass, earth, hills, flat ground and sometimes gravel road.

Krav Maga; Boys Only- "Contact Combat" in Hebrew, this course is an effective, modern, and dynamic self-defense and fighting system. It is designed to be practical and intuitive for people of any age, shape, or size. The techniques expand on your natural instincts to develop skills quickly and effectively, while enabling you to address attacks under any scenario.
Tae Kwon Do; Girls Only- This course develops athletic abilities and self-awareness, and improves capabilities in self-defense. Beginning by practicing basic patterns and forms, board breaking, kicking, blocking, striking, and punching. These fundamental skills increase physical coordination, flexibility, balance, and mental acumen.
